REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, 
your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
• The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

• Perishable goods
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care and hygiene products
• Hazardous materials or flammable items
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased with a clearance discount
• Gift cards
• Downloadable digital products

3. HOW TO START A RETURN

• Order number
• Reason for the return
• Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you detailed 
instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted and may 
be returned to the sender at their expense.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact 
us immediately at empastyledeco@gmail.com with:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
• Your order number

We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement, store credit, or full 
refund at no additional cost to you.

5. EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please 
follow these steps:

1. Submit a return request for the original item.
2. Once the return is approved and processed, place a new order for the 
   desired item.

This ensures the fastest and most efficient service for you.

6. REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email 
regarding the status of your refund.

• If approved: Your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your 
  original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.).
• If not approved: We will contact you with the reason and return the item 
  to you.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time 
to post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund 
within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at:

7. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

• If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item: 
  EmpaStyleDeco will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order by the customer: 
  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not 
yet been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at:

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through 
the standard return process.
