SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at EmpaStyleDeco. Please read our Shipping Policy 
carefully to understand how and when your orders will be delivered.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next 
business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and 
a second email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
─────────────────────────────────────────
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 
50 states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) 
at this time.

3. SHIPPING TIMES AND RATES
─────────────────────────────────────────
Estimated delivery times after order processing:

• Standard Shipping:     5–10 business days
• Expedited Shipping:    3–5 business days (if available at checkout)

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your 
delivery address and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly indicated 
on our website.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing 
your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of 
placing your order, please contact us at:

5. SHIPPING DELAYS
─────────────────────────────────────────
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur 
due to:

• High order volume (especially during holidays or promotions)
• Weather conditions or natural disasters
• Carrier delays or disruptions
• Customs or import processing (for international orders)
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

EmpaStyleDeco is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside 
our control. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving 
any shipping issues.

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your 
order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at:

We can only modify the shipping address before the order has been 
dispatched. Once shipped, we are unable to redirect packages and the 
customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.

7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
─────────────────────────────────────────
EmpaStyleDeco is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they 
have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, 
we recommend:

1. Checking with neighbors or building management
2. Contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number
3. Reaching out to us at empastyledeco@gmail.com so we can assist you

8. DAMAGED PACKAGES
─────────────────────────────────────────
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of 
delivery at empastyledeco@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly 
as possible.
